Good evening,
A documentation plan is an important tool that helps ensure that project documentation is organized, complete, and easily accessible. It provides a clear roadmap for how documentation will be created, managed, and maintained throughout the whole project lifecycle. An example of a documentation plan might includes Introduction, About the Project, Content Outline, Procedures, and Reference Materials. Overall, a documentation plan is a critical tool for managing project documentation effectively, and can help ensure that project documentation is consistent, accurate, and easily accessible to all team members.
In my opinion, calculating how long a project will take typically involves creating a project schedule, which is a timeline of all the tasks, activities, and milestones involved in completing the project. You would break down the into tasks and estimate the duration of each task. They are estimates, so it will not always be 100% accurate.
