b. You are the master negotiator for your organization. You’re currently leading a team as they negotiate a new contract (multi-year) with one of your distributors. You’ve been coaching them on your negotiation principles (which involved the book “Getting to Yes”). However,…the big day is TOMORROW…and you’ve been called to a separate meeting in Tokyo. You won’t be able to join in with your team, and they still need a bit of help. Provide them a brief tutorial on negotiation that they could use.
