Overall in summary this is what you have to do:
You need to answer the 4 questions about each…physicians (residents) and nurses…the articles cover some of the material like their complaints. you should review them and any other material you want…I suggested Beckers. You then have to answer whether you think they are legitimate or not, whether they are temporary or growing, what you as an Administrator or HR director must do to respond to them but also what this means you may have to do for the rest of the staff that don’t make anywhere near what they make even before their demands for more money.
