You must write a memo, to the entire organization about the importance of understanding, respecting, and empathizing with patients of all demographic groups equally. This is a policy of your organization. The way you go about stating the policy, informing of rights, responsibilities, trainings, etc., and enforcing the policy is all up to you. Communicate those things as you will and with what details you feel are warranted.
