For this assignment, you must write from the perspective of being the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. You must write a memo, to the entire organization about the importance of understanding, respecting, and empathizing with patients of all demographic groups equally. This is a policy of your organization. The way you go about stating the policy, informing of rights, responsibilities, trainings, etc., and enforcing the policy is all up to you. Communicate those things as you will and with what details you feel are warranted.
Your memo is to not be any more than one page, 12-point font, with the text single-spaced and an extra space between paragraphs (no indentation). You must not use any outside sources.
