THERE IS 3 PARTS

**PART 1***Prepare an analysis of the four phases of the Tuckman team development model and define their characteristics.

  1. Create a PowerPoint Presentation. This is NOT a voice-over presentation and you do not need to include instructor notes.
  2. For each phase of the Tuckman Model, p[lease use this suggested guide:
    1. Cogent Summary of the phase being identified.
    2. Relevancy– demonstrates the student’s ability to draw important distinctions between what is learned in the classroom and what is happening in the “real world.â€�
    3. Student’s Reaction– demonstrates the student’s ability to think critically and formulate an informed position.
  3. Your presentation should be a minimum of 12 slides. Additionally, you should have:
    1. Title slide
    2. Introduction slide
    3. Conclusion slide
    4. Reference slide

Use the PowerPoint’s Rules of Seven (For creating more effective PowerPoints):
1. Follow the “Seven-by-Seven rule�
a. Use no more than 7 words per line and no more than 7 lines per visual.
b. If you need more words, make sub-points below the main point.
c. Only present one main point with a maximum of six sub-points on a slide.
d. Use your slides to emphasize a point, keep yourself on track, and illustrate a point
with a graphic or photo.
e. Keep your font size 24 or bigger.
2. Apply the “billboard” test
a. Each slide or transparency should be easily read and understood similarly to
information is seen while driving.
3. Use images that relate to and support your presentation
a. Realize that people may forget lists, but they’ll recall images.
b. Don’t overdo the graphics with too many or too contrasting in color.
4. Make sure your presentation is easy on the eyes.
a. Stay away from weird colors and busy backgrounds.
b. Use easy-to-read fonts such as Arial and Times New Roman for the bulk of your
text.
c. If you have to use a funky font, use it sparingly.
d. Think “thin” when deciding on line thickness and “discreet” when picking colors.
5. Leave out the sound effects and background music, unless it’s related to the content
being presented.
a. Make sure your audience has the ability to see and hear the presentation.
b. Use slide transitions that pique interest. Do not get carried away with too many but
do use a variety in your presentation.
6. Use the “one” principle:
a. Limit each visual to one idea, one concept, or one main point.
7. Put it to the one-minute test:
a. If the audience will need more than 60 seconds to figure it out, it’s too complex.
b. Proofread, proofread, and proofread. You’d hate to discover misspelling during
your presentation.

PART 2**In a two to a three-page research paper, please respond to the following questions. Make sure you complete the assignment in an APA format using at least two references (which will mean there must be two in-text citations.)

Describe the factors that generally contribute to high levels of team cohesion.

Discuss potential benefits and drawbacks of using self-managed teams.

    • Double-space your entire document. DO NOT add extra spaces between headings or between each of yo9ru paragraphs.
    • Numbers 1-9 are written out. Numbers 10 and higher use the numerical value.
    • The heading on your reference page is References. This heading is bolded.
    • Use hanging indents.

NOTE: When you insert an in-text citation into your paper, they must refer to a reference you have included on your References page.

**PART 3 The COVID19 Pandemic has presented many interesting dilemmas to the utilization of teams. Globally, we have migrated to a virtual world. Discuss how this virtual technology might be useful to an organization. How would it be useful to a distributed group?fter reading the question and reflecting upon a scholarly answer, compose and submit a written response reflecting on the course material/text. Do NOT submit attachments. The post MUST contain at least one scholarly source.

The answer should be written in paragraph format. Your response to other students’ posts should also be written in paragraph format. Use APA format, in-text citation, and reference to credit the author of text material.

All initial posts MUST include a reference. The initial post will be approximately 300 words or more and peer responses will be approximately 150 words or more.
