The purpose of this research project is to investigate the relationship between
organizational culture, employee performance, and overall company success and
growth. The goal of this project is to offer valuable insights for
organizations seeking to optimize their culture to foster a more productive and
thriving workforce.
This paper will
examine how different aspects of organizational culture influence employee
performance, retention, and the company’s overall performance. The paper will
examine aspects such as diversity and inclusion in the workplace, the physical
environment (remote, hybrid, and in-person), mental health and stress
management, employee motivation and incentives, employee engagement and
productivity, and job satisfaction and employee turnover. This project will aim
to provide recommendations for businesses to enhance their culture and
ultimately achieve sustainable growth.
This paper will
investigate how an organization’s culture affects various facets of company
success, including financial performance, innovation, customer satisfaction,
and market competition. The recommendations will appear at the end of the paper
and address ways to avoid organizational practices that can lead to negative
effects for a company’s overall success and growth. For the task of gathering
research and data, the project will consist of information from online articles
from respected business media outlets, scholarly articles, research, and
textbooks on organizational behavior, and outside articles on the topic of
organizational culture.
