6) Are there future challenges on the horizon? Is your case still good law? If not why? Is your case still a strong precedent? Has it been made stronger or weaker by later decisions, acts of congress, etc? Identify at least one real life dispute/controversy which implicates issues that arose in your case since the case was decided. Be open-minded to how the precedent or rationale can be applied to other situations when answering this question.
I.e. A case based upon race can be applied to another protected class to afford protections.
