INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL ASSIGNMENTS

In single-space on the upper left corner, write your complete name, intended major, intended college/university and the city you call home. In double space, justified left, students will write assignments between 750 -1,000 words max, in MLA format, use a legible font (e.g. Times New Roman), font size 12 paragraph-style. MLA recommends students use the “Tab” key as opposed to pushing the space bar five times. Students will NOT restate, nor enumerate the questions. All essay assignments with obtained verification as screen shot (SEE BELOW) will be uploaded, turned into Canvas Assignments by 11:59pm on the due date. Papers submitted after 11:59 pm will be designated late. All late papers will not be accepted.

What are the aesthetics of a Zoot Suite and why did some find their dress offensive? What defines a Pachuca woman, meaning how were Pachuca women seen by their dress and make-up, and how where their attitutedes diffiant of American society?  As pachucas/or become cholas/os, who has copied, borrowed, stolen and emulated their dress, make-up style and fashion, how has used Pachuca/o and Chola/o culture, aesthetic and attituted and how has this become a global phenomena?
