Assignment Instructions:
Respond to the prompt with any one of the following choices:
Five-paragraph essay (introduction, body, conclusion) with a title page and reference page with at least two APA-formatted academic references.
Minimum of two-minute video/animation. If choosing this option, you must provide a written slide at the beginning with your name and assignment title. Place your references in the comments area or at the end of the video.
PowerPoint presentation with a minimum of 10-slides that includes a title slide at the beginning and a reference slide at the end with at least two APA-formatted academic references.
For this week’s assignment you will be creating an animated video using Powtoon.comLinks to an external site.. In the animated video, you will discuss personality development. Follow the instructions for this assignment below, ensuring you meet all the requirements. Instructions for using Powtoon is explained on the respective website listed below. Have fun!

Assignment Details:
Provide an introduction to personality development.
Describe internal locus of control.
Describe external locus of control.
Share which type you believe you have and provide examples to support your answer.
Provide a review of the Five Factor Model personality traits shown in Figure 11.14 of your course text and share which areas you expect to score high as well as the areas in which you believe you would score low. Provide examples to back up your view.
Provide a conclusion to your video that shows the importance of personality development.
You must include your name at the end of your video to prove it is your personal work.
If you choose to share your URL, be sure “edit” is not in the address.
When complete, upload your video to the assignment drop box in Canvas, or submit the website address of your personal animated video. If you do not have the “Share” option, explore the options provided within the Manage Exports tab.
