My proposed Research question based on my reading book “Sexual Citizens ” :
“How does the intersectionality of race, gender, and socioeconomic status influence the experiences and reporting of sexual assault among college students?”
Research Hypothesis:
The intersectionality of race, gender, and socioeconomic status significantly influences the experiences and reporting of sexual assault among college students. As the intersectionality of these variables like being a racial minority, female, and from a lower socioeconomic background, the experiences and reporting of sexual assault will increase. Conversely, as the intersectionality decreases like being a racial majority, male, and from a higher socioeconomic background, the experiences and reporting of sexual assault will decrease.
