In this assignment you are to reflect upon your experience (or the experiences of those close to you) during the COVID-19 pandemic and lockdown.

Because we utilize a biopsychosocial approach in this class, I would like you to reflect on the physical (biological), psychological, and social facets of your experience. In other words, explain how this crisis has affected you (or those you are close to) physically, psychologically, and socially. This part of your paper should ideally only be about 1-2 pages in length.
Then, in the second part of the paper, I would like you to draw connections between your experiences with the COVID-19 crisis and our class material. In other words, explain how any of the theories, concepts, or research findings that we have read about or discussed in class relate to any aspect of the COVID-19 crisis. You must discuss at least three ways that our class material is relevant to the COVID-19 pandemic. Be sure to fully explain any theories or concepts before relating them to COVID. This part of your paper should be 2-3 pages in length.
Final papers should be about 4-5 pages in length, with at least half of the paper devoted to explaining class material and connecting it to the COVID-19 crisis. The more explanation and connections you discuss, the better.
Paper should be double-spaced, 12 point font, and one inch margins.
**Because of the short length of this paper, no direct quotations should be used. Be sure to explain the material using your own words.
Paper must be in APA format. You must properly cite the textbook both in the text and on a references page at the end of the paper.
You are required to use the textbook, but you are not required to use any additional sources.
