regional Strategic actions to improve access to medical devices in the Eastern Mediterranean Region

Write a WHO regional strategic paper or strategic framework on the access to medical devices in the eastern Mediterranean region by WHO, EMRO ( 2024-2030). It should include a regional strategy as well as step wise action points in order to improve access to medical device in order to build resilient health systems to advance universal health coverage and ensure health security in the Eastern Mediterranean Region. It should have an executive summary, introduction as well as a situation in the region ( challenges and opportunities) for the public health  and medical devices in the Eastern Mediteranean region. After , it you should provide 4 or 5 strategic directions . Each strategic direction will have set of strategic objectives. Each strategic objectives will have a set of activities  that needs  can be done and delivered on short term( 24-25) , mid term ( 26-27) and long term(28-30) with the outcome ( check the attached documents for guidance ). The paper should be in line with the paper I attached on building resilient health systems and the access to medical devices should be also from a health systems perspective . so it is very important to have a link with the  health systems resilience and security
