Leadership Worldview Paper: Initial Assignment Instructions
Overview
This is an open research paper project, meaning that you are expected to locate, use, and cite scholarly peer-reviewed sources along with course readings and the Bible if you do not use common knowledge or your personal experience to support the information within the paper. The objective of this paper is to give your current worldview on leadership. What do you believe are the best leadership practices in law enforcement?

g. Reference Page (if needed)
2.) Please explain the following:
a. Describe what you believe it requires to be an effective law enforcement leader.
b. You must provide a Christian worldview on effective leadership.
