The response paper summarizes and critically discusses one scientific article (attached).
The word limit is 1,800 words (1,700 words are, however, sufficient).
There is no need to include additional literature. In grading the paper, the following key qualities will matter:
• Ability to efficiently summarize the key argument of the article
• Logical structure (including appropriate section/subsection headings, useful length of paragraphs,…)
• Theoretical and methodologically rigor
• Sophisticated and constructive criticism
• Ability to outline possibilities to improve the argument, the research design, the evidence, and/or
options for further research (here, you can write different sections about each of these)
• Formal appearance.
Formatting rules: Times New Roman, 12pt, single spacing, 1in margins (top, bottom, left, right), page numbers
