After critically evaluating budget theories, select a budgeting style that would be ideal for an athletic department. Create a PowerPoint, Keynote, or Prezi on a budgeting strategy based on your research. Identify strengths and weaknesses of the model and why it is best for an athletic department — present key elements of the budgeting strategy and why you would recommend being used for athletic departments. Organization and images will aid in the understanding of the budgeting model. You are also welcome to add a voice-over to the presentation to increase clarity.
