Your paper should include the following necessary Organizational Behavior factors (Hint: use these as sub-titles as you address):
– Identify the root cause of the problem (it is not unusual for this to be a management problem either one or more of the following: a mis-management of assets, a lack of assets for employees to do their jobs, or a mis-management of personnel)
– Identify the symptoms that are stemming from the problem
– Touch how the problem impacts employee attitudes and job satisfaction.
– How has the organizational problem impacted emotions and moods of employees?
– What critical steps should be made to resolve the organizational problem?
– What personality and values can be incorporated to facilitate change?
– What motivation concepts can be used to facilitate change?
– Include necessary communication that will support healthy group behaviors and interactions.
– What leadership style will work best to best facilitate the need change to resolve the organizational issue?
The paper should include:

- body, (Include in the body the sub-titles above that are addressed)
- summary/closing,
- reference section (use at least 3 outside references)
