You have conducted a preference and reinforcer assessment as well as a FBA using an indirect assessment as well as a descriptive assessment.

Now, write up your introduction including information on your client (demographics, relationship to therapist, environmental influences), and information on the target behavior (operationally defined to include frequency, duration and intensity).
