You should use a proper annotated bibliography format.
Please include the following in your submission:
A Title Page in current APA format.
A second page that has one sentence describing the topic in industrial/organizational
psychology that you will be researching. Keep in mind that this topic should be related to
industrial/organizational psychology and be a current topic of research in the field.
Pages including the article annotations. Each summary contains a minimum of 250 words. The articles must be from scholarly, peer-reviewed journals and have been published within the last 5-10 years. Student summarized each article, providing a thoughtful and academic analysis of the article contents, describing gaps in the research that need to be studied further (which leads into your proposed topic). Research question, and
method to collect data to answer the research questions (including a
description of participants, measures to be used, interventions/experimental
manipulations employed, interview questions asked (if qualitative), etc.
Each article annotation should follow the format for an annotated bibliography (reference followed by an article summary). Each of the article summaries should contain the following info:
Author, A. (Year Published). Article title. Journal Name, Volume(Issue), page range. doi:# or
Retrieved from journal’s homepage URL

2) Transition statements are used effectively when moving from one idea to the next.
3) Proper annotated bibliography format is used.
Structure:
1) Annotated bibliography is presented in a scholarly style.
2) Appropriate grammar, spelling, sentence structure, and punctuation are used.
3) Citations and references are in proper APA format.
