Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Organization Development and Organization Change
Organization Development (OD) and Change are often used interchangeably. What do they really mean? What does OD look like? What is not included in OD?
• Think of a job that you have held, this may be your current job. Define change within this environment, what are the characteristics of change? What are the levels of change? You can also consider your life, career, thoughts, experiences, and stories about your perceptions of organizational change. How involved are you in organization development? What was your experience? What factors contribute to making change successful or not?
• Define several United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and why they are essential for all of us to understand and apply the in OD. Should aeronautical companies make the SDGs their focus while developing the organization? Please feel free to share any interesting readings and/or videos you’ve seen that cover these topics well.
