public policy issue. One of the most debated public policy issues currently
facing the nation is health care reform. The central piece of legislation is
the Affordable Care Act. One of the key provisions is the “Individual Mandate”
provision of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA).
Significantly, the IM provision was subsequently repealed in December 2017. For
this paper, you will have the opportunity to analyze the “individual mandate”
issue in light of the concepts covered in this course. Specifically, you will
analyze the IM provision based upon specific worldview issues you have studied
in this course.
INSTRUCTIONS
· Length of assignment: The paper must be 7–10 pages
(not including the title
bibliography). The paper must be at least 1,750-2,000
words.
· Other requirements: Each paper must include a title
page and bibliography.
