Check out the links for Employees/Applicants and the links for Employers/Small Business. Locate the definition of “hostile environment”. Locate and scan the Chart of Risk Factors for Harassment. This chart also identifies some responsive strategies. Be ready to discuss the site resources, and how the site can help managers, employers, and employees or applicants. Be ready to discuss the definition of “hostile environment” that EEOC promulgates.

The federal OSHA website Links to an external site. and the Alaska state website have numerous resources, assistance, and information for creating safe workplaces. Be ready to discuss the site resources, and how the site can help manager, employer, and employee.
