The style of writing this paper should follow the structure contained in James D. Lester, Writing Research Papers: A Complete Guide, or Troyka, Handbook for Writers, 2nd Ed. (Simon and Schuster, 1990), or any other Research Paper manual/handbook.
IV. This research paper is to reflect that a student has studied a topic, organized the material, and written a coherent narrative explaining the issue(s). The grade on this project will be either acceptable or unacceptable college-level work.
V. Guidelines for the term/research paper:
A. The paper’s length should be ten (10) pages.
B. The paper must be typed.
C. There should be at least 12 entries in the Bibliography. (Only three references from all internet sources.)
Your next assignment will be a research paper: a ten-page, double-spaced, typed paper, with a work cited page and twelve references. (Select your topic only from the syllabus.) Check pages 10 and 11 of your syllabus for the specific requirements. Remember that twelve references are required from various sources. Do not use Wikipedia, or any other unreliable sources.
