There are four parts to the Integrated Learning Project Assignment:
Part A Individual reflection
Part B project proposal
Part C project /project case study
Part D presentation
NB (Remember, your project must be approved before you start, so do not get into too much detail until you get your proposal approved.)
PART A – REFLECTION – 10%
The Purpose of the Reflective Report is to document the process of considering what you have learned, how useful it is, and how it may affect your future personally and your career development. Word count: Approximately 1,500 words, not including appendices.
PART B – Project Proposal – 10%
To be presented on 30 March 10:00am
PART C – PROJECT – 70%
The aim of the project is to give you the opportunity to integrate the learning, knowledge, and competencies gained in the various modules, and to apply your learning to a case study or to a significant issue in a work-based or community setting. You may:
1. Select your own Case Study Organisation for analysis
2. Select your own project that is of particular interest to you (such as conducting a
piece of research, or completing a business plan). You may work as an individual or as part of a team.
Word count: Your Project Report will be +/-6000words (excluding appendices).use the format provided depending on what you choose, no American please only Ireland related).
PART D – PRESENTATION 10%
You are required to make a 5 – 8 minute presentation on your project and/or your reflection.
