This Project is a comparative analysis of employment law from the perspective of the United States and India. Please see below for assignment requirements and expectations.
Research Paper Expectations: Write a 10-12 page paper in APA format including a title page, abstract, and reference page. Content should be 10-12 pages not counting the title page, abstract, and reference page. A minimum of the text book and five (5) additional sources must be used. Sources must be peer-reviewed. Blogs, internet searches, and essay/writing sites will not be accepted, and will result in a loss of points. Microsoft Word is required for this paper.
Make certain to specifically address the following:
What is the difference in the specific area of employment law your team selected between America and the country you are assigned?
What is the difference in employment laws between America and the country you have been assigned? Make sure to address how these laws impact how HR departments operate and train staff.
What are the differences in social justice initiatives (e.g., women’s rights, equal pay, racial issues, etc.) in the country of your choosing? How do they differ from the social justice initiatives in America? How do these facts effect training, and other business operations?
What are the other differences as they relate to employment law between America and the country of your choosing.
What recommendations do you give practitioners working in the country you have selected when working as an expatriate training foreign staff?
What are 2 legal theories you would use for success – fully explaining why you chose the theories and how they apply in the real world.
