For this paper, I want to correlate the topics of mental health (depression, anxiety) and physical activity. I work out myself, so this topic could be a little personal for me.
Topic focuses on physical activity (exercise) can impact mental health (depression, anxiety, etc.)
I would want to focus more on the positive aspect then on a negative one. However, I could include a rebuttal in my paper. The whole paper would focus on how physical activity might help mental health disorders in a benefiting way. There could be a paragraph where I talk about how sometimes physical activity might decrease because of these mental health effects. So they can be proportionally related to each other, just depending on the type of scenario given.
The sources I attach are going to include a presentation. I will worry about that part, I just need to write the essay first. I will also attach the resources as well. There are three sources that need to be cited in the writing and talked about!
