This week marks the beginning of the final piece of your Capstone Project, where you develop an SBAR Proposal and a video presentation that would be viewed by the hospital executives. The objective of Part 5 is to pitch your program plan.


Review the instructions for Part 5 in the Capstone Project document to ensure you have met all requirements. Complete Part 5 – SBAR Proposal and Video Presentation.  


Cite any references to support your assignment.

 

Format your citations according to APA guidelines. 


Submit your completed Capstone Project document and the video.

Of course, you won’t be doing the video. I will do the video on my own. I just need help on what to say and outline.
