everyone has the idea that a doctorate degree is only for faculty members and academians.
I would like to see some facts about the main benefits of being a researcher and a doctorate graduate.
and the career opportunities as well as the program itself and how is it structured. what do Phd students go through?
from my point of view I love it, because am studying a major that is very useful for me. which is learning about organizational behaviors and how can improve and with that we can impact global change and leadership.
a background touch about me and why I joined the program is that because we have a family business that requires a specialties doctorate graduate level qualification to become a board. member.
so am doing what I like for what I want. However, I would like to motivate my colleagues to pursue their higher education and give them insight information about the above perspectives.
