- Responses for all Critical Thinking Assignments should be approximately 500-600 words. This word count is for the body of your paper only and does not include any abstract and/or reference list. You can use Microsoft Word to help you do a word count. You are welcome to go over the word count requirement if needed. Just don’t go under the word count requirement. Remember that the quality of your paper is the most important part. There is no need to write a lengthy paper that does not address the topic(s), does not have evidence or substantial details that relate to the contents of your weekly readings.
- Be sure to include scholarly content in your response and properly attribute credit to your sources in APA format (use the APA links provided to help you). Scholarly content means that you should always include information from your textbook, videos, articles that you read for the current module. In addition, you should conduct your own research and include one or several of your own sources. Doing additional research and including exciting new resources can only help your grade!
- The most important and required parts of all critical thinking assignments in this class are: in-text citations throughout your paper, use of scholarly content (as stated in the above bullter point), and contents from your weekly readings, a reference list and proper formatting.
