What level of need does each situation belong when considering Maslow’s Hierarchy in terms of employee motivation and effective workplace environment? Explain your reasons for assigning the level of Maslow Hierarchy.
Since you cannot handle all the issue at once, rank the 3 scenarios based on the order that you will address the problem. In other words, which scenario will you approach first, second and third based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs? Explain the rationale for you decision.
