Each student is required to respond to the weekly readings. Students will post their reflection/ reaction to the readings and videos with examples from outside reliable sources or personal experiences. Each student should also respond to at least one other student (peer) original reaction post. Your original reflection/reaction paper should address the main points discussed in the readings and explain your opinion about the reading. Explain why you agree or disagree with the readings. Provide specific examples to support your argument. Your reaction/reflection and your responses to your peers are expected to be well-informed and well-written in well-established academic formats. Students are expected to cite outside of the course readings to back up their argument or analysis of the readings. If it is a personal experience or observation, make it clear in your writing. Students are encouraged to exercise their own points of view using evidence from scholarly literature or other reliable sources or personal experiences. In this assignment you will summarize all that day’s readings in a more synthesized manner with your input from other literature or personal observation or experience. You do not need citation or proper formatting for your peer response. You should write a minimum of four paragraphs for your reaction/reflection assignment and one or two paragraph for your peer review response.
