- A description of the exhibit/show/book/website. Consider who put it together, when it was made/written, and what it tries to achieve. Most importantly, write about what information it covers, and how that information is presented. Your description should be informative but not too detailed, as you need to leave room for analysis. Do not use any more than half your words on description. Give an overview of what the viewer/listener/reader will experience.
- An analysis of the exhibit/show/book/website. What are the main things that are good about it? What are the main things that you think could have been better? Justify your ideas and use examples. Refer to the scholarly sources you have read to back your ideas up.
- An overall judgment (usually at the end) about the exhibit/show/book/website – do you recommend this as a useful source for your fellow students for learning about Aotearoa’s early Māori history? Why or why not?
Please use footnote references in the Chicago Style. You should include a bibliography at the end of your assessment, also in Chicago Style
