Choose a home country, an industrial sector and a foreign market (e.g. European or Asian; emerging markets or mature economies). You select a case study company and research / analyze the information about the case. Your task is to:
– Decide what internationalization approach (Uppsala, Globalisation or Internationalisation), what entry mode (Exports, Distribution, Setting Up Facilities …) you would use. Explain how to develop an international venture or expand to the foregin market; what challenges the new venture will likely face in the target market; how the selected internationalisation approach and entry mode will facilitate the venture development and entrepreneurship process in the new environment (Note: You need to avoid the foreign market the case company had already established/entered).
Identify a new opportunity for the international venture and discuss relevant innovative ideas for the company’s expansion in a foreign market.
