Review the the following:
-Introduction (what is the problem in practice or theory the paper is trying to cover? In other words, why are they doing this study?)
-Literature review (what are the variables, constructs explored, how has this problem been studied before)
-Method (very broadly, how did they study the topic? What is population? How did they sample?)
-Results (roughly what are the findings? We don’t need to focus on the math or nuances of the evaluation of data. Rather, what are the real takeaways)
-Discussion (what do the authors argue their findings do or mean)
-Managerial implications (what does the study’s finding mean in practice? Likely this is the most important section)
-Your thoughts on how this would effect/affect you in your current or future work life
-What did the author(s) miss? Did they do a good job explaining or conducting their study?
