You are a business analyst, assessing an ethical breakdown and developing proposals, based on expertise and analysis

Please read the directions carefully. The  company iIchoose is Apple and it is

recommended to conduct further research of facts about Apple. Please see
ALL the atached instructions.
The paper should analyze the company using the
theory, concepts, or framework of business
ethics. Applying concepts to analyze situations is
very important in honing analytical skills, an asset
in management.
6). In regard to form, it is important to remember
that communication skills are also important.
Writing well is an asset.
The structure of the paper is Introduction/Main
Body/Conclusions and Bibliography. I recommend
starting with an outline.
Your thesis (position or what you demonstrate in
the paper) and arguments’ list should be first
“introduced” in the Introduction along with the
arguments you plan to present.
In the main body, please offer definitions of
concepts to be used, introduce the issue and
then develop each argument in different sub-
sections.
For this paper, I recommend you use the
questions to quide you. You could use each
question to develop a subsection of the paper. I
also recommend using the questions as subtitles,
to streamline the paper.
Please make sure to answer all the questions and
requirements, in order to get all the credit.
1). Please make sure to select one of the 3
companies (Apple, Amazon, or Kobe Steel) in the
Readings and Midterm directions.
2). As MBAs you become savvy researchers and
business analvsts. You have conducted research
for TDS. The TUW library is trulv outstanding.
3). The topic is business ethics. It is important to
acquire expertise on the topic and study
concepts, theories, and frameworks of business
ethics, which are part of the required readings.
4). As students of management, one acquires
expertise and analytical skills. In other words, one
learns theories/concepts/frameworks and then
analyzes business issues and companies,
applying these theories to issues and companies.
One furthers evaluates and assesses the issues,
makes decision and solves problems, and
proposes recommendations.
5). The assignment asks you about Organizational
Behavior concepts, theories, or frameworks that
are applicable to the business ethics of the
organization you selected.
Please make sure to analyze the company using a
business ethics framework or theory. 5). The assignment asks you about Organizational
Behavior concepts, theories, or frameworks that
are applicable to the business ethics of the
organization vou selected.
Please make sure to analyze the company using a
business ethics framework or theory. For example
you can employ the ethics framework of
utilitarian, moral, legal, a combination of them.
But I strongly recommend using the Carroll model
of Corporate Social (CSR) responsibility. CSR has
become a major organizational strategy.
The required readings are highly relevant and
applicable to the case analysis.
Examples are Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) (Carroll’s CSR Pyramid) or shared value /
Porter, for example). The Bazerman models
present another important perspective, explaining
how unethical actions may evolve.
We need to remember that for profit firms must
be profitable in order to be able to operate
efficiently and meet the goals of their
stakeholders (it is one of their main goals). Legal
ethics refers to the fact that companies have to
observe laws. Bevond these two factors,
companies have to be moral, make fair and just
decision, and do not harm. They also should be
charitable contribute to their communities. The paper should analyze the company using the
