In this assignment, you will work on developing aschedule for your entertainment website project.The project end date needs to be consistent withthe course duration. The project schedule will bedeveloped using a Gantt chart in Microsoft Project.

1. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS)for your project. This involves developing adetailed list of tasks and subtasks that shouldbe carried out to complete the project.
2. Create the schedule by assigning durationsto the tasks identified, as well as sequencingthem.
3. Add milestones to show the completion ofeach major deliverable.
4. Identify some challenges that you and yourteam members will face in following thisschedule.
5. Identify and explain different techniques youwill use during the life cycle of the project tomanage project time.
