In other words, identify their “ultimate concern” and how then how they proceeded to live out that concern based on the different characteristics of leadership they exemplified.
Your paper must identify the leader and give a brief summation of their life, including specific details relevant to the topic, and paint a picture of them that demonstrates your understanding of the variety of leadership principles discussed to date. It should include an analysis of all of the following for your specific leader. Other themes covered in class should also be addressed where appropriate.
Their Ultimate Concern
Their leadership style (from the 6 styles studied)
How they do or do not exhibit the 10 servant leadership qualities and how this quality is similar or different than Jesus
Specific example of how they lead using one of the 7 habits of highly effective people or one of the pillars of the Michael White Center for Emerging LeadersLinks to an external site.
How has this leader shared/shown a different leadership philosophy than what we have covered in this class?
How has your leader demonstrated a commitment to equity, justice, subsidiarity, or the common good.

3 outside sources: must be factual, recent, and relevant cited in MLA format on a separate page of your document. You do not need to cite the in-class work.
